Today, The site still don't have a logo yet but there is site placeholder which is Tabletop Role-Playing Games, I think that site name (placeholder) is very long (27 Characters) and also the URL is rpg.codidact.com, so I think that Tabletop RPG is better (12 Characters) and would match the URL more as well, even that would be easier in writing site name.

So, which one is better as the site name, Tabletop Role-Playing Games or Tabletop RPG?

Bystander here, but "Tabletop Rocket Propelled Grenade" or "Tabletop Report Program Generator" don't make any sense.

The site name is one of the few things that are outward facing. It needs to be understandable to the general public out there, even if only for them to realize the site isn't for them. That means domain-specific jargon must be avoided. "RPG" meaning "Role-Playing Games" is something I, and probably many others, wouldn't even think of without knowing the context already.
