Chess is not a tabletop **role-playing game**. Tabletop role-playing games involve creating a character, usually with some sort of selection of skills that the character is proficient in, and then role-playing as that character - with the character placed in certain situations and then you act as your character. TTRPGs will also usually involve rolling dice to see if actions succeed or not. Chess is a board game, not a role-playing game, and so would be off-topic here. Also, no, asking other people to play would not be appropriate for the main Q&A site; that'd be more suited to chat.
